Charles Yamaro - Listing and Transaction Coordinator

-Manages every aspect of the transaction from the time your home is listed until it is closed

-Communicates directly with buyers and sellers throughout both the listing and pending process

-Provides materials to facilitate showings and corresponds with agents to provide feedback

-Works closely with clients, attorneys, title companies, banks, and other agents to ensure a smooth pending process

-Creates and manages social media marketing materials, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn posts, new listing flyers.

-Creates and manages internal marketing materials, including monthly newsletters, client updates, quarterly mailouts.


Craig Gough - Vice President of Bay Capital Mortgage Corp.

Craig began in the Mortgage business with American Home funding in 1991. He joined the Bay Capital Team in March of 2018 after 26 years with the same company. For 27 years now, he has served people from Maryland, Virginia and Delaware among other states across the nation. Craig’s goal is to make the home buying process as easy as possible and to provide the best service there is to all of his clients.

Craig understands how big of a commitment buying a home is for many people and prides himself in identifying and meeting the specific needs of each of his clients. He specializes in USDA, VA, FHA and Conventional loans and is always open to providing other special loan programs that Bay Capital has to offer.

Craig has an A.A. degree from Prince George’s Community College and a B.A. degree from the University of Maryland. He is very active in the Waldorf Lions Club, the Waldorf Jaycees, in his Church’s Men’s Club as well as on the legislative committee for the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. Also in 2014, he was elected to the board of directions for SMAR. Craig resides in Owings, MD where he lives with his wife and 3 sons (Ryan, Connor and Ethan). He enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family as well as coaching baseball at his Alma Mater, DeMatha Catholic High School.
